Spoiler: Chukichi and the 2 Ninjas from the 3rd Shippuden movie

Chukichi and the 2 ninjas who were revived by Kabuto bears a similar resemblance to the 3 ninjas in the Shippuden movie "Inheritors of the Will of Fire".

Since the movie was directed by Kishimoto himself we can assmue hes using stuff from said movie and some may consider it canon if Kishi made bu some deny even stuff Kishi as BS(the databooks).

Anyway in the movie Hiruko(the villian) took the bodies of the 3 lookalikes for their Kekkei Genkai. The KKG he got from them was Ranton(Storm Release), Koton(Stee Release), Jinton(Swift Release), and Meiton(Dark Release).

So if these has one of the KKG(we cant be sure if this right though but I guess Kishi is out of ideas of ninja abilities and that movie was directed by Kishi and Ranton appeared in that movie before it appeared in the manga) who has what.

Sice Chukichi is fat and Jinton makes the user faster I think Jinton is only suitable for a lightweigth not a heavyweigth I dont think thats it(plus I think this suits that kunoichi better). I think that other from the Cloud Village so hes more suited to have Ranton. So Chukichi is more better off with Koton or Meiton(but that seems a bit off to me imo I think Hiruko got this himself).

I can see it now: A speedy chick(guessing by her headband shes from the Sound Village), and cloud ninja who uses Ranton, and an fat guy with Steel armor like abilities.

Any thoughts...rememer this is just an idea.

You're a bit slow... some people already mentioned this a few days after the chapter came out.
There's the possibility that Kishimoto may have just reused the character design from the movie and not given them their powers. I'm not saying that it's true or not, just want to hold out from making any definite conclusions...

Yeah, I saw this too. But we've seen a lot of Chukichi, and isn't he a sensory type? Most shinobi are addicted to their Kekkei Genkai and always use it when they can. The ninja do like incredibly similar, but maybe it's just Kishi being a retard again.

Um, bump. We've all read the latest chapter, yes? Well two of the revived were revealed to have Kekkei Genkai, and they were some of the ones who 'might' have appeared in the third shippuden movie. I think it's safe to say that they're the same characters now. Surely, we'll see their Kekkei Genkai next chapter, but I do believe they're one in the same.

I bet that when they were making the 3rd movie the movie director wanted it be about kekkei Genkei but before doing so they wanted Kishi's thought of it and when hearing this an thought came to his head"Hey I already have these 4 characters and these 4 KKG in my possession in my head so why not release them out to the public before fans see it my manga".

So the movie director with info from Kishi put those 4 ninjas in the movie but they couldn't reveal their names or much about them.

I even think that the KKG in the movie belongs to them in the manga too.

Yeah, I agree there. Because it would be really stupid for them to look that much alike, and both have Kekkei Genkai, and yet not be the same. It'll nice to see those Kekkei Genkai being used to there full potential.

Do you know what character designs are?

There are a lot of Kekkei Genkai in Naruto, it doesn't instantly mean they're going to be the same as the movie that they're from. Either way I'll

bricks but hopefully it's not, like I said it's just character designs until actually proven otherwise.

Well whatever KKG they have it cant be Ice Release, Wood Release, Blaze Release, or Storm Release.

Pakura can't have Lava Release, Dust Release, or Boil Release since she is not from those villages. Gari's KKG must be something mixed with Earth Style.

Above all else since Pakura is from the Sand hers must be new since we never saw an KKG from the Sand Village and its probably mixed with wind since most ninjas from the Sand's main elements tend to be wind since its not Ice Release or Dust Release(the only wind type) its probably something else that involves wind release.
