Fourth Ninja War and Inevitable Deaths [spoilers]

So since the fourth ninja world war started in the manga, the story's getting a little darker than it was previously with non-nameless faceless characters beginning to die, aka Konan, Yamato, and Anko

. And I've started to realize that this is sort of like the last book in the harry potter series where a butt ton of majour characters begin to die, and in greater quantities and importance than before. So I think eventually it'll shift from the deaths of minour characters to more majour ones,
so I guess this is a discussion thread for who you think will die, and I suppose if you want mourning for characters who have already died.

I think Kakashi's gonna die (because thinking back it seems like Kishimoto was going to kill him during the Painvasion arc but he didn't because he thought of having kabuto learning edo tensei and felt it would be unreasonable if he then didnt bring kakashi back, but that that would be a dumb plot move). Ino (somehow she feels expendable, and yet not non-important), at least one Kage, not including Tsunade who will probably die aswell so Naruto can become Hokage. Gaara (so he can become a tragic hero). Kurenai (after giving birth to their kid because that's how those sorts of things typically pan out). Neji (for Hinata something-something they've grown closer, something-something plot symmetry that mirrors his dad dying for her dad), and I dunno, I need more theories with cool symbolism

But in reality this thread was mostly an outlet for me to express my great sadness that ANKO MITARASHI IS DEAD D:

i thought the same! since he won control over the kuybi, he just has to win this war, get sasuke back and be hokage, which comes automatically when he wins the war

Yamato isn't dead, Kabuto didn't want to kill him to make the Zetsu's stronger. He's more likely under some kind of genjutsu of hypnosis.

I think Omoi, Sai or Kankuro might die. I mean, this battle's about to happen, I doubt there's gonna be a 'saved by the bell' kinda thing. I just hope Omoi does well. We got to see his first move, today, lol! He has a lot of potential.
But if Deidara and Sasori join the fight, they're dead. Seriously. And about Anko, i'm not sure if she's dead, either. But judging by the way it showed her, she must be. You know, when people are talking, and it shows you somewhere else quickly... Usually in those scenes you see that someone's dead. She was useless anyway. Orochi should've killed her, way back when

Death is pretty normal , and it wouldn't be much of a war if some of the more main type characters were to die. I don't think this will be the last Arc however because of Kabuto, and only because of Kabuto. While we know he sides with madara , I don't think he will stick around and let Madara gain full power, rather he will end up doing somthing to mess with him in the end and probably end up somthing more powerful.

Anywho, I amnot really sure who may die, from the looks of it now its hard to call it. we really are at a lack since battles haven't really started (save the bit we see in 517).

I agree with you there, I can see Kabuto turning into some giant hybrid monster with constant Edo Tensei active or something, bringing back characters like Hiruzen and Minato to mess with Naruto.

Even though Kabuto's there, I still feel like Madara's gonna be the last villain just because only Madara can summon the Juubi, and the way they talk about it, I'm gonna be surprised if they don't somehow manage to summon that thing (why just mention it but then never have it happen)?

edit: I don't really consider my name a spoiler because mostly it's just a joke username, I mean if I had said KAKASHI_ISDEAD or something it's not like anyone would take that seriously, so it's like that but with my second-favourite character instead.

Most likely some of the characters that might die are Kankuro, Omoi, Tsunade, Raikage and Kakashi

I seriously doubt Kishi'll kill Kakashi off, not just because he's 'cool' but he's incredibly talented now. Hey, I just realised, he can use his Kamui to get rid of (a small amount off) the revived lol.

Kankuro has no reason to die.
Omoi perhaps, a fodder just brought in, attempting to stand up to Sasori and Deidara. Who far surpass him in power.

Tsunade was brought back to life, even through she was thrown in a coma. I don't see why Kishi would kill her, other than for the reason that her teammates are dead.

A perhaps.

IMO in this war are going to die:
Anko - since she's already in Kabuto's hands
Yamato - since he's already in Kabuto and Tobi's hands
Tobi - since there has to be a fight him vs Naruto and as we know, the main character can't die :P
Ino - she's really... really... weak... and that's the only reason I guess.
Bee - he's 8tailed jink, Tobi wants him just like he wants Naruto

I don't think Kishi is going to kill Tsunade. If he wanted to he would've done it after the Pain arc, but all he did was puting her in coma. Besides, she doesn't need to die to give Naruto a Hokage's title. She can just step aside like Sandaime did for Yondaime

Kabuto is good "next enemy" material so I think he won't die either.
Kakashi already died so he's not on my list too.

I dont think sakura and kakashi will die but maybe hinata
I hope all the konoha ppl survivebut i have a feeling hinata neji tenten and some of the older ppl like shikaku will die

If there was an actually major character (besides the one thats already died, wont ruin it for those who havent read it lol) I would say Guy but only id its him using the 8th gate the gate of death
