How and why can a person from F.A.I.L. troll all the time but yet not have anyone to warn them or tell them to stop, but when others do it its usually a warning or an infraction. I have no problem with the whole system, but in my opinion shouldnt the FAIL members be hold to a higher standards etc??

It's ridiculous it's preposterous its ludicrous by god its impetuous! how can you expect us to follow the rules when the ones you appoint to enforce them ignore them.

I agree with this point, if any other within FAIL says anything, they get hounded down on, trust me, I have wanted to say something a few times ... I am one of those, for fairness of the rules all round, no one should stand out and be allowed to hurt others and get away with it.

Valid point there, though, not all within FAIL ignore them, some do try to enforce them.

Whether it is a yellow warning or verbal warning, I usually warn people before issuing an infraction.

If you see FAIL members acting badly it's best if they are reported to someone with higher powers. Preferably to Super Moderators first, if it's a Super Moderator that's doing it, then an administrator.

FAIL members are FAIL members because they have shown that they can follow the rules to a high degree. Having them cause real trouble is rare but if it happens, you are now aware of what actions, you as a member, can take.

Sometimes we just have to ride with it.. to ride with their jokes.. to cope up with the situation. Because bragging about it might even cause Fail Members vs You.

They should. A FAIL member, or a person to whom power has been trusted has no right to troll or spam in my opinion. Truth be told, it depends on the person and the circumstances.

But sometimes somewhere people with powers are given freedom to do anything, and of course we cant do anything since it might result to our banning or whatsoever. and I hate it.

But lets just let this fade away, and I think you should name only those Fail members because if you say Fail .. you're referring to the whole group..

If there's a serious issue with the member's behavior, don't flame them, but don't be afraid to stand up for yourself, you know what I mean? Don't let people bully you. The best thing to do is report the behavior to a Supermod or higher. FAIL can't infract other FAIL members.

But seriously, I don't see this stuff. A lot of people troll. Just because they can enforce the rules doesn't mean they can't be loose and have fun like everyone else. If it is a real issue, tell someone. But if it's something you wouldn't feel others should be in trouble for, don't feel like FAIL has to be perfect and should be reprimanded.

This is aimed at everyone who feels there's an issue. Also, it seriously helps if you're specific and give examples. We can't take action against anything if we just get a whole bunch of "Yea, I agree, it's not fair." You're not being ignored. =p

You're not going to get banned for disagreeing with methods. Hell, I'd prefer people to tell me when people with power piss them off.

Some of them piss me off at times too.

That's not true. Everyone is bound by the forum rules. Ofcourse, only those who have the highest position have better privilages, but then again, they're not the type to troll or spam.

Regardless of the rank, if someone abuses their power or does something inappropriate, you should report them to someone with higher powers. You won't get banned, trust me.

(red) Yes i agree, stand for yourself but dont be saying "The higher-ups are getting bully" Because i did it in the past and the result was just pathetic as Windking. You can just ignore it instead.
