The Hidden Rain Village. It has some cool shinobi, but the village in general is pretty depressing

Waterfall would be one of my faves considering the awesome rogue shinobi it's produced. Mainly Kakuzu

Worst is the Sand Village, but that's purely psychosomatic. I hate sand. I hate the feel of it 'twixt my toes, or when the wind blows it into my face. Good shinobi there, though.

You honestly want my opinion? Konoha. xDD Out of all the villages, it seems really laid back with it's ninja training/schooling. The only really hard-core ninjas there were the Uchihas and the
