Well Pein completely stomped him in the forest so why wouldn't he get sealed? It's part of the Akatsuki goal so I doubt they'd just let him go...

HIS SEALING WASN'T SHOWN IN THE MANGA. It also wasn't shown for Yagura, Fu, or Han. Again, it wasn't shown, but it still happened.

he was the only one confirmed 2 be sealed in the filler. the others probly werent in a filler. and since utakatas sealing is not shown in the manga but it is confirmed 2 be filler than they dont have the six tails. it might not even exist

with the recent manga showing the other host resurected its pretty much showing that at some point akatsuki captured them and extracted their biju so i would say they do have the six tails

The character Utakata himself is not filler. It's just that the manga didn't make a big deal out of him. However, it's been confirmed multiple times that biju 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 have all been sealed and their bijus have all been killed (well, Gaara was brought back.)

In other words, in the manga, Utakata has been killed and the six tailed slug has been sealed. There's really no argument. x_x
