To the Administration of the Viz Naruto Forums,

I feel I have served enough use on these forums to earn myself a custom avatar. I would like my current avatar. This would mean no one else on the forums could use it. I will name specific credentials for me deserving this, if the administration asks of it.

This would eventually be a public knowledge thing anyway, should it be approved.

Why not just make a better Neji Avatar and keep that one? Shouldn't be too hard, there are tons of better pics of Neji than the ones they provide.
