Rinnegan gives the user access to all five basic chakra types (Fire, Wind, Lightning, Earth, Water) as well as Yin-Yang Release and the Six Paths techniques. I can't post links, but check it out on the Naruto Wiki.

So yeah, he should be able to use anything that any Pain Path used, giving him substantially more haxx powers than before.

idk i think he knows alot more about the rinnegan than Nagato did and plus he has a Sharingan as well so i think Madara is gonna have some stronger techs than just what Pain used

For real. Plus, if Rinnegan gives you acces to all elemental jutsu and all the six paths techniques, I don't think there's anything Pain shouldn't have known. Of course, Masashi's pulled some weird crap before. Ten-tails, anyone?

pain didnt use his full power
he only used the six paths technique
if he could be able to fight for himself
he would have been unbeatable
because even jiraiya said that as a kid nagato mastered looots of jutsu
sooo as a grown up he was even stronger
only he was emanciated

madara cant know about rinnegan more than nagato bcause he cant use it
he has only heard stories and studies
but if a pro sword fighter gives a sword to a guy that has never hold a sword but studied and seen it wont make him any good bcause hes never had that power in him

and madara only got the rinnegan bcause he was ridiculously weak
