This came up in another thread. I know we have already discussed Sasuke and Madara as they are, but what if
Spoiler:
Sasuke were to take Itachi's eyes to get EMS.


Who wins?

Glad to know your taking action with this topic ThunderSpirit.

I still have trouble because like Madara we dont know what Sasuke is able to do with EMS but I will say Sasuke might be able to beat him if he learned how to use every technique of the EMS as well as Madara and Madara has had it for a long time so It depends on how well Sasuke learns to use his new abilities.

That's exactly the problem we really don't know what EMS can do yet. So it comes down to there overall ability if they are roughly equal in terms of there visual jutsu. Is Madara's intangibility due to EMS? If so that would be a weird fight; they would just be launching various jutsu at each other and never making contact.

That would be a wierd fight but they might also know each others weakness being able to use the ability and all plus it can be done because the first did it and he doesn't even have Sharingan

As far as I know, Madara claims that he has lived so long because of the "potency of his chakra", but I wouldn't put it past him to lie. So his longevity could be associated with EMS.

I am also wondering why Madara would encourage Sasuke to take Itachi's eyes in the first place. Why would he want Sasuke to become more powerful? The stronger Sasuke is the tougher he'd be to manipulate.

Maybe he thinks foolishly that being Sasukes last remaining clan member will make Sasuke not want to kill him but this is unlikely
