Here's the think. Kisame's Samehada can absorb any type of chakra, whether it's weak or powerful. By doing so give Kisame and Samehada a few advantages. One, it makes Samehada become larger, its scales become longer and sharper, and it's mouth becomes more pronounced. Secondly, it the chakra that it absorbes can help Kisame at his time of need. If he's low on chakra, the Samehada will transfer some of it's chakra to Kisame. If Kisame is injured, then Samehada will heal him with it's chakra.

Killer Bee on the other hand is a little more complicated to figure out. The reason being is of his chakra. You see, the Samehada absorbes any type of chakra, this includes demonic chakra. So if Killer Bee were to fight Kisame, a large portion of his chakra would be gone. The Samehada is especially useful in fighting jinchuriki. And it won't let anyone but Kisame wield it. BUT there is also a downside. If Samehada actually finds someone with a larger chakra supply than Kisame, the Samehada will be the other person's user. So basically, the point is, the Samehada contradicts itself. On one hand, it likes Kisame's chakra, and will only let him wield it. But on the other hand, if it likes someone else's chakra, then it will go to that opponent, so that opponent can wield it. Kinda complicated I know.

Please their was alotmof plot interferences on Killerbee as a character period. Speed stomp before Kisame even uses waterdome. If Bee stomped Kisame head in the first time when he used lariat the fight would have been over.
