Help on lees speed

so people said u can get his agility to 760 or something and i can only get it to 740 i have

got lee to level 99

maxed out on agility pills

used wepons and armor that gave me the most agility

have lees leader bonus

and i have the following tags on...

Agility Up: toh

Fast Body

internal activation

concealment......

what can i do to get it up more, what did u do???

You have the wrong tag set. This is the most effective:

Lee: 763 agility

- Prepare to Die -
- Instant 8 Gates -
- Agility Up: Rin -
- Concealmeant -
- Internal Activation -

So much for a Wise A$$, huh?

Yep it boosts Attack, Defence, and Agility.
