i think kisame wins but some other dewd on another thread says tobirama. when oro summoned the kages they were much weaker than when they were living

Bringer of Darkness is Hashirama's jutsu as seen in the manga(the anime being non-canon).

Water Drill is not listed among the jutsus Tobirama possesses(the anime being non-canon).

Chakra Drain drains any abilities Tobi uses, and Water Dome plus Samaheada fusion kills Tobi. Or Kisame can just shred off Tobi's head.

when you seen the second hokage fight it was a clone of him not really him its just like the kisame vs guy first fight the actual him with his sword and all would crush kisame and kisame couldnt even keep his sword so that wouldnt work either

Tobirama wins, he have better water jutsu and even if kisame have the samehada and makes tobirama reach is limit, tobirama will use impure summon ressurection to ressurect someone rly strong.. I wanna see what kisame would do about that

Being Hokage doesn't automatically make you all powerful. Reference: Tsunade, who is one of the weakest characters in Naruto.

Furthermore, being Hokage is not a feat. So...yeah...Kisame omnirapes.

kisame cant use water dome if hokage has rad control over water, thats out. i LOVE kisame but i think hokages gonna take this one with his mastery of water. chakra drains only good for so long and if hokage gets a chance, hes done
