Honestly, I find that to be about as bad as a Naruto anime thumbnail showing up as one of the suggested vids. The anime Scene barely takes up 10 seconds of the vid and the rest of it is perfectly legal.

The rest of the video is legal, but that anime scene is illegal, no? It is included in said video. The fact that an anime scene is there still stays. It's the uploader/poster's fault for including it in the first place. At least I see it that way.

I don't find anything wrong with it. It's game footage, and I'm sure it's allowed.

Viz owned content like Naruto anime, manga, fanart links aren't allowed. Only official Viz links are.

Do newcomers still get a warning with this and all? I was thinking, this system may lead to the discouragement of telling someone that doesn't know about the rule that it's bad before someone figures it out, and then they get infracted, you know what I mean?

Yes, they get warnings unless the user posted a ton of illegal stuff in their visit.

They agreed to the rules when they joined, meaning they are either already aware of them or they ignored them. In either case, they are at fault. However, we FAILures aren't the jerks everyone makes us out to be. We give warnings to newer members.
