Sasuke beats Neji.

Naruto destroys Shikamaru. He uses his clones to fight Shikamaru, so even if he gets captured his clones can still attack.

If you played the video games bonus levels you would know the winner of the first battle. the second battle i think is oviously naruto.

Not Necessarily. Don't forget shadow sewing technique and how shikamaru easily took out about six of Sais beasts with one go. And as we saw in the Hiduan fight, he can create at lest ten 'threads'. These would just keep going and would destroy the clones. Even if he covered the place in clones, Shikamaru could hold out.
