The idea is to make this fair for everyone and simple. Obviously someone who is speed based does not nessisarly need enhancers in 2nd release until a certain level but someone who is balanced but still fairly fast will need them past a certain point way before the speed person. But they can still counter. They have to use enhancers within their abilitys. Or they could slow the attack down with a defence or something. There are ways to stop mach speeds is what I am getting at.

Vizards have been shown to move faster than people in Bankai. We all know this but some how they move the same >.>

Some ppl do not have vizard masks. Like Yori he has only bankai. If you have a vizard mask this would be your "final form" hense you would be at your fasted. A vizard would most likely be speed based but that is up to the person who is using the vizard mask. It is to make things fair. If that were the case then all soul reapers should have a vizard mask. To explain this a soul reaper is the weakest out of the 3 then and that is not fair. Arrancar and Vizard would cream the reaper if this were the case

So technically Yori needs some pretty convincing enhancers to get to Mach 17. This will be at the judge's discretion though.

Yes he would need enhancers. I would need enhancers even though I have torn off all my wings to reach my highest speed I still need enhancers.

Not so fast hally.Have you ever read what yori says and take in consideration. He did state when he beat you "I wasnt even trying my hardest" Take those words...and he was in Bankai....Think about it... If Bankai wasnt his strongest what is next. Yes that is right he has a Vizard form.

I also want chi (and every other form of energy besides sp) to be illegal. If we aren't allowed to cheat then why should Vat.

Well state in your fight you want him to use a Bleach Template! It is really our fault for excepting battles that are not bleach.

I would say that's wrong. You're second release has wings. So by tearing away your wings you are giving up power for speed. See what I am saying?

I am giving up a certain power yes so I dont like to do it. My AoD is sacrifice. I have to give up a certain power/attack in order to do this and I can no longer do it. Or I can keep my wings and just use enhancers. I only slice my wings of to prep before AoD mode. I am giving up my ultimate defence and some other stuff.

Edit prep before AoD mode is complicated. The point is my ideas are around sacrifice that is all I can say. Yori is one of the few to see my 1st step to reaching it.
