Knowledge: Sakura has full knowledge on Neji. Neji only knows about Sakura's strength, nothing else.

If so, then she knows his one blind spot, and throws her poisen kunai's.
Or, use sleeping gas to distract him or make him fall asleep, then punch his face in.

Did you suddenly forget how Sakura managed to put Kiba, Lee, Sai to sleep and the fact why Naruto suddenly collapsed and foamed because of the poison?

That part of the manga is a bit fuzzy to me because I took a small break and missed that. Although now I know. Also, is it gas or Gen? Or was it poison?

It was sleeping gas.

Yes it was poisoned.

Kido was about 50 meters away. Sakura would probubly be about 30m, because she would move closer, knowing how he can see her, and distract him with 3 regular kunai in all the other direction, then make two clones, to also distract him, and throw it right in his blind spot.

Without Rotation, he pretty useless.

30m is 100ft, by then, he could notice Kunai.

Ugh, he noticed the spear thing's Kido throw, but still got hit.
So, Sakura could move up to like 10 meters, and throw 10 kunai to distract Neji, while she aims 1 or 2 poisen kunai specifivally at his blind spot.

While my memory of Neji's fight with Kido is fuzzy, I do know that it is difficult to hit any ninja in the story directly with kunai, unless you can come up with a tenten-style barrage, and unfortunately for tenten even that doesn't work very often. I suspect Neji is faster than Sakura, and would close the distance quickly. His defense, even without rotation, is better than hers, because his taijutsu is simply more developed. Sakura has more strength than technique. In fact, most of the characters focus so much on ninjutsu that their taijutsu in the series seems weak compared to Gai, Rock Lee, and Neji's development. Many of them don't need it, but Sakura would vs. Neji, because her ninjutsu is a bit weak as a direct match for him. The current pro-Sakura argument is based on strategy rather than technique, but Neji would be mindful of his own tactical weaknesses and move to neutralize them by closing fast, even if he wasn't sure Sakura knew about them. After all, he is a close-range combatant.

The most important question is who gets first strike? Are either surprised? Just as in modern warfare, that could be decisive.
