Red Foot Zeff Vs. Aizen (Hype Battle.)

Just to test my knowledge on these two verses. I'm not so good at them, still reading them.

Going by hype, Aizen should win. Aizen's been portrayed as omnipotent for most of, if not all, of Bleach.

Red Leg Zeff was considered to be incredibly strong, but not omnipotent like Aizen. Going by Bleachverse, Red Leg Zeff would probably Captain, Vizard, or Espada tier.

Even by hype Zeff is far from high tier while Aizen has been high tier since day 1.

i don't know who is Red Foot Zeff , and i dont want to know .

but comparing two characters from deferent verses with hype, how could that happen?
