Bloodlusted Thread

I'll need people to edit this for me. This includes HST characters.
Basically, in this thread, anyone who could help needs to name as many characters as they can, tell everyone whether they by BG rules start Bloodlusted, and what each character does first if the OP states that the character(s) are bloodlusted.

By default all characters start as Bloodlusted unless specified.

It'd get way too confusing to decide one or two things they'd surely do if bloodlusted, it's mostly up to the debater's judgment if it isn't obvious with the current case at hand.

Itachi may or may not use Susano'o but I'd focus on him just blitzing and using Tsukiyomi as his bloodlusted attack.

A lot of things can and will be up for debate.

Of course, there are some characters that are always bloodlusted.
Even if you put them as being in character.

For example, any form of Kyuubi Naruto above three tails.
