Captain Anbu vs Captain Sixxy

Starting Range: 50 Meters.
Conditions: None, since this is just a 'try out' kind of thing.
Rules: Pretty much the main Bleach FV rules, that means to GM'ing.

I arrive at the battlefield just as the sun begins to rise over the horizon. Captain Anbu stands at the other end of the open sparring ground, his silhouette outlined by the ascending star to his back. I nod my head in acknowledgment of his veteran status, grateful that he has given me the chance to prove myself worthy of my new Squad 3 Captain position.

I take a deep breath as I take in my surroundings. Nothing but an open courtyard specifically designed for high level Shinigami combat training, not a soul in sight to disturb our match or learn the secrets of our techniques. Deciding to begin, I cast aside my flowing white captain's haori in favor of the black, sleeveless Shinigami robe underneath.

"Carriage of Thunder. Bridge of a spinning wheel. With light, divide this into six! Bakudo #61: Rikujokoro." As I finish my kido's incantation, six pillars of light appear and fly towards my fellow Captain, aiming to slam him in the midsection. Not willing to waste time on another incantation, I simply say, "Bakudo #62: Hyapporankan" in an attempt to skewer Anbu while he's occupied with the first Kido.

Satisfied that my two higher level binding spells should slow him down, I Shunpo the 50 or so feet between us while drawing my blade, attempting to slash at his legs even as I pull my Zanpaktou from its sheathe.

I can see that my opponent don't like waiting as he then starts to speak some words. As he speaks those words I can ID the Kido so I quickly get ready as he then finishes the Kido's Incantation as I know whats going to happen next I jump away about 50 feet in back of opponent leaving a after image behind (Utsusemi) letting my afterimage take the damage as then it should fade away. Then opponent says "Bakudo #61.." I quickly know this Kido so I simply step back and wait for my opponent to release this rod. He then releases it I whisper: "Bakudō # 81. Danku." energy wall appear which should deflect the rods. Then can since and see my opponent coming towards me as I quickly say: "Bakudō # 8. Seki" which forms a small shield on my leg which should repel any object and if thouched it will parelyze my opponent.

As I then Shunpo away around 50 feet from opponent. I then say: "Hadō #54. Haien" as I say these words I raise my hands and swing it across my face which makes a oval amount of purple SE, then is released and its fired towards opponent and as it gets closer it gets bigger, if it touches opponent it will incinerate his body. As opponent try's to counter that I'm still wearing my Captains Haori I say: "Turn everything to ashes, Tenshin." as I say this a tremendous and enormous amount if fire is released around me making things around 10 feet around me turn to ashes. "I won't hold back any longer." I say as I then also say "Turn him to Ashes." While raising my left hand which makes a tremendous amount of fire chase after my opponent in high speed if my opponent is touched by this fire just a bit his whole body will slowly turn to ashes. I then wait there for my opponents counter while a enormous of fire surounds me and if my opponent gets more then 10 feet close to me he will turn to ashes.

EDIT - Read the move wrong.

EDIT 2 -However, your zanpakto doesnt make much sense. You can stand within ten feet and your opponent cannot? You arent immune to fire. Yamamoto showed that.

I've never posted saying any thing like that.
If my opponent questions that then I'll just respond by saying:

My base power is "Fire Manipulation". With that being said this "Fire" is no ordinary one, but it is still a type of fire. This fire come's from my zanpakto its self so it allowed's me to control its movements and attacks. So I've been controlling it, making sure it doesn't hurt me in any kind of way. If in any reason its countered against me it will do no harm IF I still have command over it. But if in any reason I cannot control it, the Zanpakto has its own personality so there's no way he will hurt his own user. Quickly the Zanpaktou will make sure to take control and not hurt me.

Sorry, I'm not thinking right this moment so its all I can come up with at the moment.

Seeing that all my attacks were either dodged or defended against, I quickly realize that my opponent is far more powerful than I originally gave him credit for. Captains clearly aren't just chosen through whim. I allow myself a grim smile as the growing anticipation for a worthwhile battle wells up within me.

"Bakudo #81: Danku." I copy my opponent's idea in order to defend against the oncoming purple Kido. It easily dissipates against the transparent shield, and I keep the Kido intact to stave off the onslaught from Anbu's Shikai.

"Releasing already? It's a pity that nobody stops to smell the roses anymore . . . "

Quickly using Shunpo, I put another 50 or so feet of distance between myself and the flames that are quickly demolishing my Kido barrier. Quickly attempting to formulate a plan of action, I decide that the easiest thing to do would be to simply release a Shikai of my own.

"Begin the End of Days, Rangnorak." My Zanpaktou glows with a mixed black and white aura for a brief moment before shrinking down to the size of a marble. It floats in midair for a second, and then rapidly flies through the air and into my mouth. As I consume the little orb of energy, my body momentarily glows with the same mixed lights my sword did moments ago. As the light fades, black amorphous wings form on my back, radioactive energy condensed to the point of having a physical semblance. My appearance that of a fallen angel, I point a single finger towards the oncoming wall of fire.

"Ragnorak: Red." From my finger comes a mixed black and red torrent of radioactive thermal energy, hot enough to be comparable to plasma. As it collides with Anbu's wall of fire, the two attacks cancel each other out being that they are of equal power. The oxygen in the air, however, is dramatically depleted due to the incredible heat of both attacks combining. This means that any further flame based attacks from my opponent are going to be severely weakened, as they have little fuel to feed off of.

Capitalizing on that fact, I follow up by saying, "Ragnorak: Violet." This attack sends a wave of ultraviolet radiation towards Anbu extending from my fingertips. If he is hit by the rapidly advancing and widespread wave, his skin will become impossibly burned to the point where movement of any sort would tear it apart and unleash a near ceaseless pool of blood from his superheated veins (the ultraviolet rays penetrate through the skin and prevent the blood from clotting, thereby keeping wounds open).

I become a Soul Reaper to even the odds a bit. While one man won't make a difference in a war, he can make a difference in battle. If I can show some of the new guys how to fight while enjoying myself by having a challenge, well, that's the best of both worlds from my point of view.
