Hmmm, mayuri has speed, intelegence, and strategy on this one while Hitugaya isnt as smart, almost equal in speed, just a lil faster.
Mayuri uses bankai, so does Hitsugaya, Poison stomps Ice.

Mayuri is faster? Reaction speeds are pretty decent, but in no way do I see him blitzing Hitsugaya.

In any case I'd say Hitsugaya has the range advantage so if he's in Shikai then I'd say he has a good chance of fighting off Mayuri.

If they use Bankai, it all depends on who lands their hit first. Imo though Hyoten Hyakasso could probably hit Mayuri first, but it all depends really, we hardly got to see Mayuri's Bankai in action.

Mayuri's bankai is fatal. Hitsugaya's Hyoten wassname isn't.
