Hollow Rebellion: Vat vs. Devroux

Devroux from rebellion (I guess) will be fighting against Vat from the Escudo in an epic battle to the death.
Location: Karakura Town
Conditions: Very windy and cloudy with a chance of thundershowers.
Battle Type: Blood Bath!
Starting Distance 100 feet!
Rules: No gming

Dev will make the 1st move.

I hate having one then one fight.
Well I can handle three fights.

Having fought Kejon I turn to my next opponent. Originally on my side I have a new found bloodlust and decide to attack Vat. Knowing how dangerous he can be I won't go charging in. "Bifurcate, Ribon!" Releasing my zanpaktou a gust of wind whips up around me hiding me from view. When the quick gust disappears I am reavealed once more. This time holding a sword with a 10 foot blade that is a foot wide and 1 inch thick. The hilt of the sword has grown to 2 feet in length. Pulling my hand across my face a mask piece is formed. Not the usual vizard mask for it only covers my left eye and side of my face. Then I do the same thing across my stomach revealing the rest of my mask; a large mouth with pointed teeth. With my mask completed I attack.
"Hado 63- Raikoho!" I send a large blast of yellow energy at my opponent just to start it off easy. I then emit 10 long ribbons from my back to float around me to provide a quck defense if necessary. I then wait while charging a cero for my opponent to attack.

Notices opponent, activates Overrule via the ground, picks up handfuls of pebbles while effortlessly evading the Kido with a jaunt, finishes off by casually flicking pebbles at you from dozens of dazzling angles, each hovering at Mach 15.

The pebbles moved too fast for me to successfully evade. As I sit bleeding out I think to myself, "Glad my head nor heart was hit." Speaking aloud I say in a whispy, half dead voice, "Bankai." My ribbons surround me in a large, black sphere. The sphere slowly tightens around me until it leaves me with a new trenchcoat; the old one now dangling in my hands. This new trenchcoat is black and shiny and the bottom hem has a straight edge capable of leaving good sized scratches in diamond. My large sword has disappeared and been replaced by a 2 bladed vortex sword that is half the length of the old one. My wounds have now dissapeared and have been covered over with black ribbons. Not wanting to dazzle my opponent too much I wait for him to attack.

I stick my right hand out in front of me forming a perfect sphere out of ribbons. Launching it at my opponent at Mach 16 when it gets within 20 feet of him it will shoot out a ribbon attempting to ensnare the opponent and bring the sphere in contact with him. When it hits something it will explode into a sphere of wind 20 feet in diameter that will cut up whatever happens to be inside. After doing this I expel ribbons from my back creating 2 coccoon-like structures that will be used later. Standing up straight I begin charging a cero.

The speed is fine, but Kaz is wrong on Vizards being the fastest race.

I always thought that would be right or at least close. Vizards are soul reapers so they move the same speed but the mask enhances their speed and strength making them faster and stronger. The other don't matter to me that much. This is the biggest thing I care to talk about.

At all? I said I don't care about how the other races stack up to vizards in speed but I doubt that soul reapers are as fast as vizards.

I have black hair that looks purple when the sun catches it just right and blood red eyes. My body is covered other than the top of my head. Surrounding my entire body up over my nose are black ribbons tightly wound to make a secure ribbon suit. Other than the ribbons the only thing I wear is a black trenchcoat. It has long sleeves covering my arms and hangs down to just above my ankles. The trenchcoat is always hanging open. My sword has a 6 foot blade and a 1'6" hilt. The blade is covered by the same black ribbon I am acting as a sheath. The sword is in its sealed form but is still too long to hang anywhere on my body so it is always in my hand resting on my right shoulder.
