Barragan VS Grimmjow

The second of two of today's Espada threads I'll be making. The MVBG now has an Espada tier list (Which I would link to, but apparently since it has a Viz Media image in it I can't do that) so I'll be making at least 2 Espada battle threads each day to determine the Tier List rankings until they're fully accurate. (Accurate meaning 1 win and loss for everyone who isn't at the top or bottom; The win against the person they're directly above, and the loss against the person they're directly below. A>B>C logic smooths out the rest.) The conditions for every battle will be the exact BG defaults to ensure fairness.

So, BG defaults, who wins? I say Barragan takes this. He doesn't rape, maybe stomps, but Grimmjow isn't going down easily. He's shown great speed, so he could probably dodge Respira and a majority of Barragan's physical attacks. However, none of his attacks could reach Barragan before aging into nothingness. Besides, hardly any of them could do any real damage to Barragan. Eventually, Respira will catch him and age him until he dies.

Baraggan tittystomps. There's nothing Grimmjow can do to harm him in any way.

Barry is fast enough to blitz the crap out of Soifon in base and I assume he's faster in Resurrection.

That's a new one.

When did he blitz Soifon in base? The only thing I recall from their base fighting is Soifon's attacks getting slowed down incredibly and Barragan attacking while she's trapped in the time dilation field.

Chapter 356 page 16, just after Barry explains the Espada death aspects.

I seem to recall there being a discrepency in page/chapter numbers between sites. I'm using TenManga just in case that happens for whatever you use.

I looked it up. Barragan did indeed blitz Soifon in his base form. Resureccion does tend to increase speed, but in cases like Zommari's, it appears to decrease it. However, this matters not since Respira caught Soifon moving at top speed. Grimmjow, at top speed in Resureccion, may be able to dodge it for a little while, but not forever. Since he has no attacks to actually harm Barragan, he'll only draw out the battle until Respira ages him into nothing.

Baraggan rarely moves in his released state its not like he lost his speed.

But however Respira > Anything Grimmjow does

Bump. I know that it's pretty much unanimous that Barragan wins, but I just want to get a few more people's opinions.
