I have a feeling that's because you spelled my username wrong. I say that based on the fact you tend to do that alot in this thread .

I'll cover the basics.

Firstly, fail members have one power people don't. Infractions. Period. Any talk about FAIL as a group needs to be confined to infractions and infraction abuse.

Every infraction as well as the message to the user is recorded, reviewed, and debated in the infraction area of the forum you can't see.

Fail members are still users and can uprep or downrep as they see fit. They aren't policed more or less severely than others. Take rep abuse up with the proper people, don't lump it in with FAIL.

A fail test: What would you put on it and how on earth would you evaluate peoples ability to "get it" and understand what is cool and what isn't.

The people you spoke of:

Without naming names 3 of those 4 people have shown poor judgment or the ability to flip out and lose their minds short term. I don't want to clean up all the bitching you and others would do if these people flipped out and abused their power.

The thing about PMing people, many of us do that, but a WARNING is far better as there is a record of the person being warned. If you can't figure out the difference, it is in the email you received as well as it being yellow instead of red in your infraction tab of your UCP.

This thread is full of ignorance and is offensive to the people who are actually do stuff around here.

I have looked into it, and I didn't see any negs that were on the same post. I also haven't seen any from the same user more than once, nor have I seen any similar neg comments. The fact that it's technically spam, and all those other things combined, make it to where I cannot do anything about it, except shake my head. Shikamaru Nara's was only taken care of because it was a gang neg.
