Danzo - I have no doubt in my mind he will die. And not only will it be an expected death, but a welcomed one. That old man just pisses me off. I can only hope Naruto will kill that traitor!
Karin - I'm sure I'm not the only one who hopes she dies. And it would be amazing if Sakura was the one to defeat her.
Tsunade - Well, she's going to have to give up the title of Hokage some day to Naruto.

Although, I'm hoping she can merely retire, but I don't see that happening when it comes to Kishimoto's plot twists.
Madara - Don't get me wrong. I adore this guy even if he is evil. But he's a villain. And in Naruto, the villain's die. :\
Zetsu - Aww...Don't let the silly plant man die!!!

He's too cool for that...
Sasuke - I could see it happening. All his evil deeds have to get him back at some point.

Konoha Elders: Sasuke will kill them.
Kisame: Might get killed by Suigetsu or Team Guy later on.
Tsunade: If she doesn't retire, there's a big chance she will die, possibly by Sasuke's hands.
Madara: Major villain. I think he'll get taken down by a Rasendori. Or he'll be betrayed by one of his subordinates. (Zetsu...)
Sasuke: Karma gets him. Or Naruto accidentally kills him.
Kabutorochimaru: Naruto might kill him.

Danzo: He will be killed by Sai because he's keeping a secret from him.
Konoha Elders: They will be killed by Danzo because they don't agree with him. (Maybe no Danzo physically, but he will order someone too, maybe Sai)
Tsunade: I think she wont wake up from her coma and be the one that's a friend of naruto's that dies. I mean, all the other senin are dead. I think Kishmoto is killing them off because team 7 will become the new senin.
Kakashi: I don't think he'll be the one going blind, seeing as he still has a normal eye, but i think he will be the next Hokage.
Sasuke: I don't think he will be the one going blind, he knows what will happen to his eyes in the long run, and he didn't take his brothers because he loved him. I think Madara will be blind.
Madara: I think he will go blind because Sasuke will rip out his eye while he's still living. I have no idea how he will acomplish this :P It's just a hunch. I also think his secret to being really fast and Immortal will be revealed shortly after Taka's attack on Konoha.
Taka: I think they will become allies with Konoha. Itachi wanted to protect Konoha aswel as Sasuke, so I think Sasuke's mind will be changed (Not sure who by, possible Kisame, he knew Itachi well or maybe Naruto.

My predictions.

Kabuto-Jugo or Sasuke will kill him in an epic fight.
Danzo-Sai will betray him, but during the five kage meeting, while Sasuke's busy with the other 4 kages, Sai will kill Danzo in an epic fight.
Kisame-Suigetsu, Yamato and Sai will kill him in an epic fight.
Killerbee-Kisame will capture him in an epic fight and in the end be the cause of his death.
Zetsu-Karin, Jugo, and Kakashi will kill him in an epic fight.
Madara-Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura will kill him in an epic fight.

I'm pretty sure every major death after this point will be the cause ofan epic fight.
