They will either make a new evil group leaded be Sasuke will Naruto is Hokage (I mean another time skip) or end the show altogether.

Whats with the name? Kisame does not suck, he is the best Akatsuki member.

My theory is five leaders of the great nation wont like the new peace the Naruto has brought about after defeating Madara. My guess someone like Kabuto maybe will start a battle between the 5 villages vs the 5 nation leaders. That a likely backdrop of the final story on Naruto.

Well Madara, Sasuke, Zetsu and Kisame I believe are the only akatsuki left not counting Kabuto reviving all the dead shinobi, and they are the ones causing the problem going on in the naruto-verse, so that means when Madara and Sasuke who are the primary villains die, Naruto is basically over.
