Jiraiya has Sannin Mode, as well as a variety of powerful ninjutsu attacks, and Ahnold has a few guns, and an awesome accent.

It would be a close match (taking into account the aforementioned accent), but Jiraiya would win

well since its harder to dodge bullets then kunai i think its whoever attacks first is winner. if jiraya attacks first terminator melted if terminator attacks first well gatling gun and 3500(i think) rounds a minute
