EMS (Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan) is all Hype, but Sasuke's normal Mangekyou Sharingan does nothing more than cast powerful Genjutsus. I'd so No until we see EMS's true power.

In all honesty, Amaterasu isn't that powerful. Karin survived it.

It is very strong, but the fact that it can leave you blind and using the amaterasu makes the user bleed from their eyes makes me say it's not much overpowered. The Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan, well that's another story.

I think that some aspects of the mangekyou are fine, but some are overpowered. Tsukuyomi and Ameraterasu were powerful, but were able to be implemented in a way that was beatable in several ways. The completed Susano'o, however is just ridiculous and kamui seems over the edge too.

The whole sharingan is overpowered, I mean there's rarely any ninja that can beat tsukiyomi, amaterasu, susanoo, and izagani. they should have gave each dojutusu one instead.
