I don't think he agrees with Danzo anymore.
He seems to have grown feelings torwards Team Kakashi.

I don't think he agrees with Danzo anymore. He seems to have grown feelings torwards Team Kakashi. Spoiler: Sai defended Naruto and Sakura when those people from the Thunder village, (or the Lightning or whatever) were demanding info on Sasuke. And when Naruto and Sakura asked Sai about Danzo, he looked like he would have told them if he didn't have the seal on his tounge.
