Default Defending vs Spinning Attacks

Is it possible to do anything to get out of Neji's or Kimi's spinning attack if they do it right over you after knocking you down? Rolling back seems like the obvious answer, but that doesn't always get you back far enough, especially against Kimi's which moves forward. Also often times you are at the edge of the screen and rolling back does nothing.

you can't block it.

Also after being hit by a spinning attack, they have enough time to perform another Jutsu, making these characters super cheesy. They can go from any knockdown move into a spin attack, into a jutsu doing WAY more than half life damage.

No. Once you're hit. Theres nothing you can do. If they get you into a corner and spam Rotation/Larch Dance your uber screwed. However, those attacks use up a lot of chakra. So they can only do it so many times. Basicly, you have to just look out for when you see them start to spin. Then you just have to jump backwards. If you're knocked down and they do it, all you can do is hope their timing is off.

Those moves are pretty OP. Especially because right after hitting with one you can go directly into a jutsu like 8-trigrams.

So you take a beating from a combo, THEN get busted by a spin, and THEN get busted a jutsu. Don't ever get knocked down I guess.
