Aizen has nothing that can scratch Naraku.

Despite being a far better antagonist.

I'd say Naraku takes this because all Aizen can use is use Kyoka Suigetsu and that isn't going to be harming Naraku. Naraku has a ton of stuff he can use to kill Aizen.
They both seem alike because they both have a ton of intangibility and they both can make it seem like they are dead while actually they are very much alive. Anyway, Naraku takes this.
