It's dependent on whether or not the manga reaches a point where the animators can add filler material without interrupting the main story. They could simply stop in the middle of the arc, like they did at several points in the Arrancar Arc, or the manga could end its current arc and the Anime will produce filler from then on. I also understand that there's a filler arc in the anime to be wrapped up, and that should last several more episodes depending on where it's at. I haven't been watching it, though.

The anime runs manga chapters at about 2.5 chapters an episode, so for the new arc, there should be about 15 episodes. However, the anime runs more slowly when there's more talking as opposed to action, so the anime's rate might slow down and put the episode count at 18. There's still a matter of when the arc itself will end, so it varies.

21 characters(2 of them are movie based characters). The rest are Ichigo, Rukia, Ishida, Grimmjow, Ulquiorra, Barragan, Aizen, Harribel, Gin, Kumomora, Nnoitra, Soi-Fon, Yoroichi, Starkk, Shunsui, Toshiro, Kenpachi, and Byakuya.

I really love these Arrancars its a sad shame they all get mercilessly killed off(well except for the Espada who only some die with some dignity).

Im sorta loathing this new filler arc. I had hopes for it but it seems like its written by an 8 year old.

Its good but it has so much bull sh*t moments that makes no sense in it like:

1. How can an super overpowered version of Kenpachi lose to a girl who just achieved Shikai like a minute ago?

2. How can Byakuya who was weakened from his fight with Hitsugaya's Reigai win against his own fully health Reigai(off screen too)?

3. So Ichigo who was suffering from slowly losing his Shinigami powers could single handily without much work defeat like 6 Reigai's(off screen) while the originals were all defeated by their own Reigais?

4. Why isn't their any Yachiru Reigai although Yachiru was with Kenpachi and the others when Inaba so-called copied their reitsu?

5. How wasn't an Izuru Reigai able to cut an pole while the real Izuru with his Zanpukto was able to decapitate many enemies and Hollows in the past?

6. When you think the filler was nearing its end and was still good too all of the Reigais who were defeated were brought back too. Now we have to start from the beginning all over again.

Other than that its an decent filler. I stopped watching it for awhile to catch up on Fairy Tail when I caught up on Fairy Tail or this filler is over...I'll watch the episodes I missed.

he dont watch the subs and arent you kinda over thinking this arc way to much it wont be important later on and so far i have no complaints i enjoy it

It still has to make sense. Powered Up Kenpachi losing to a little girl makes no sense whatsoever.

Plus I wasn't referring to him. I was giving my thought on this filler.
