I don't exactly see how Minato can harm Neji, who can use Rotation or Empty Palm to deflect any incoming kunai (omg Empty Palm is actually useful!). Then again, Neji needs to get up close to hurt Minato, which gives Minato a perfect opportunity to place a seal on him and teleport away from harm with any of the 10 kunai placed about the battlefield. Then Minato can FTG back to Neji and Rasengan him like he did with Tobi.

Edit: You said no frog summons. Gamabunta is a toad, so...

Minato can't look at stuff if time is stopped, and besides, Neji is underaged so he'll be arrested if he looks at a Neji's stuff.

I kinda agree with Dudemeister. This thread was made for the lol's, so why not mess with people by making up stuff.

To stay on topic, Minato is like FTL and is faster than time and space, so neji can't stop him with time stop cuz Neji phails!
