Manga scanulation sites being shut down

Ok, in the past couple months a group of manga publishers including viz media has stated that they do not think that manga scanulations should be aloud. Due to that and threats via: Legal action many manga specualtion sites including one manga have been shut down. I personally, as a fan of this site and naruto think that this publishers are wrong by forcing these sites to colmpletely remove all manga content from their sites, simply because they want the revenue they are bringing in. I am trying to spread the word of this act by the corporate world. And try to convince people that if we can not view translated manga freely online, then i am sure that many, many fans would be happy to pay a small fee instead. But the solution being used now is not liberty nor justice, just greed.

Don't worry about it, having studied intellectual property laws in international studies and aswell as domestically in USA, GB, Aust, NZ, Japan and China plus rest of Asia. It is fine manga scan sites will come back.

They are simply getting rid of high profile sites and top searched. It won't be long someone will try again. It's the internet afterall, they can't catch you.

HEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Excuse you!! I buy all the manga i can find!!!!!!! i only read it online for chapters that arent in stores yet!!!!!!!!! I buy the manga and the freakin' shonen jumps!!

I mean, yes i read it online but, i still buy it when it comes out in the U.S. so im still sorta paying for it.

I think they should start selling chapters $1.99 each. maybe on psn or somthing.

They should do something like that, but it takes time to translate it perfectly and some chapters are not worth $1.99.

I don't have money to buy it. No offense to manga writers, but I'm sure they have more money than me. So, with me being poor, I'm not spending money on manga. I am more into anime though, so yeah.

ok then, diferent price's depending on the anime and how many pages is in the chapter.... and put it on the viz site or psn or itunes............and........a new chapter every five weeks? idk...

If you read it online for free but purchase it later it makes little difference.
For those who have no money to buy the manga in the first place again
it makes little difference if they read it online or not because even if they
didn't read it online they still wouldn't have the money to purchase manga.
It's the ones who DO have the money to buy manga but go with
the online scans because they are free and easily accessible.
Also probably due to legal reasons the publishing industry cannot
keep up with Scanlators for translating and localization of manga.
