I'm thinking about starting a fanfiction about this boy named Kenji and his fake grandfather. The names are from my last fanfic. This is gonna be a combination of avatar, naruto, bleach.

The people of this fanfic use chi (blue color) to fight. The average person have 100% chi. Kenji has 250% chi.

To perform techniques, ninja need to use their chi. Chi comes from two places: (1) the body energy inherent in the trillions of their cells and (2) the mental & spiritual energy gained from exercise and experience. To perform a technique, the ninja will bring out and release these two energies. The amount of chi required for a technique will vary depending upon its size and complexity. Each ninja has the potential to better utilize an elemental technique style. For more on elemental chi and technique. For hand=to=hand combat the ninja does not need to necessarily use chi, as some attacks merely use the stamina required to carry out the attack. For elemental attacks the ninja's chi control will determine how much chi is used on the technique. For ninja with excellent chi control, they will use the minimum amount with nothing wasted. For ninja with poor chi control, they will expend more chi than needed to accomplish their technique.

Chi flows through the body's chi circulatory system. On a more microscopic level is these channels connecting all the vital points on the body. These small channel pathways travel between the cells of the body. They carry the generated chi and allow the ninja to mold it. If these channels are severed, it is beyond the ability of even skilled medical ninja to repair. On the large scale the chi circulatory system travels throughout the body and around the internal organs also responsible for creating chi.



Ninja Skills: Ranked S/A/B/C/D/E

1. C ranked = Fake Clone Technique = ability to create illusional clones
2. A ranked = Body Elemental Configuration - ability to change into your desired element
3. D ranked = Water Walk Technique = ability to walk on water
4. S ranked = Surface Phasing Technique = ability to disturb molecules allowing to phase through weak surfaces
5. D ranked = Surface Walking = ability to walk on any surface
6. D ranked = Elemental Control = ability to control small amounts of your element with focusing chi. Like on last airbender but weaker
7. B ranked = Illusion Control = ability to create illusions to an extent, if used unproperly, it will be directed upon you
8. D ranked = Flash Technique = ability to go faster for a few seconds

• Alligator - breathe underwater, huge chakra, invisibility
  
• Bird - huge chi, levitation, fly to an extent
  
• Whale - breath underwater, ability to use all water techniques with no water, healing power
  
• Bull - huge chi, brute strength
  
• Snake - huge chi, ability to copy someone
  
• Buck - huge chi, phasing, intanglebility
  
• Fox - huge chi, wisdom, all seeing eye
  
• Gorrilla - huge chi, combustion
  
• Elephant - huge chi, ability to shape shift

There are 3 Stages of power from the spirits:

1. enhanced physical abilities -strength/speed/stamina/chi
2. spirit special powers - control your spirits specialty listed above
3. full spirit release - if you can't control it, it will roam free. Every spirit have it's own personality which determines how controlling your powers will be. The easy going spirits will be easy to use, the mean will be harder.

The 12 Protectors Organization:

The main goal for this org is to obtain world peace by retrieving the 12 spirits. There are currently 12 members one deceased. They all dress alike with white robes, with green & black sashes. The captain is not known but goes by the name Yaquo. Most of the members are S-ranked ninja and are highly superior to most ninja.





Kenji's History:

The last emperor Hizucheun had four children by all different wives: son, son, son, daughter.
After getting to a certain age Hizucheun had to choose a new emperor from one of his children. He chose his second son Giatso because of his leadership. Power went to Giatso's head and he was a ruthless emperor but was loyal to his people. Soon the people were turning against him and were looking towards the third son Kenichi.

Next Kenichi challenged Giatso for the spot of Emperor in the next two weeks. Giatso knew he couldn't defeat Kenichi and looked for power, and he found it. Because he liked him so much Hizucheun showd Giatso something special, he had the power of a spirit in him, He knew that if you killed the host, then the demon inside him would switch to a randowm person in the family. After a week Giatso had killed Hizucheun, he knew he hadn't got the spirit, and then accused Kenichi of killing Hizucheun.

At the same time Kenichi and his wife was having a baby. Reluctently the people agreed and Kenichi and his family was banned from the fire country. Kenichi was furios and decided to take Giatso's life. Before he left he gave Kenji to his friend, they fled to the grass country. In the mist of the fight the whole Fire country saw, and let Giatso live. When Kenichi turned his back Giatso attemped to kill him. Kenichi blocked and sent a thunderbolt crashing the sacred emperor's palace.

Ninja are based by these categories:

1. trainee - ninja still in learning

2. basic ninja - you do objectives and learn further advance ninja techniques, you also gain a headband

3. average ninja - strong enough to put up a fight, you take a 4 part test

4. Semi-Commander - weak in a few areas, but stronger than average ninja

5. commander - super strong ninja, who put in years of hard work, they all work strictly under the
government. Once you reach this level you dress more like a samurai, and you get a special sword, one that transform into the nature of your soul. These sword can only be used by the original user, they are also spiritually connected to the user, allowing to appear to the user even if lost or stolen.

6. Emperor - like the president of the country, most likely the strongest

7. Police Force - used to stop crime within the city

8. Healing Corps - used to heal the injured

9. Military - when the city is in danger, these are the ones to handle it

10. Special Forces - used strictly for strong force throughout the whole country

11. City Council - who make decisions

12. Lord - president of a city like the governor

13. Country Council - top dogs who make decisions
