new fanga (fan manga)

here are some ideas i have for a fanga, or not really since none of them are based around a series, well maybe a few, but i need some help. tell me which ideas sound best, and in a couple of months, idk when, i will close the thread and tally up the votes.

1. soldier 15

plot: in the future, world peace is nearly achieved, only small terrorist organizations threaten humanity, but the military's new enforcement, the SOLDIER program, destroys these organizations easily. but, eventualy, an organization called, "the punishment" rises. members of the SOLDIER program must learn to use the powers that are embeded into their genes to fight off the punishment. the story follows Bruce Hendrik, and the small squad of four he is part of, as they try to stop the punishment. also, i already thought the series up from beginning to end, so possible spoiler alerts.
characters
Bruce Hendrik-age 14: a rookie SOLDIER, he was born of a combination of multiple genotypes of the SOLDIER gene, which causes him to eventualy gain all of the powers over time, however his base power causes him to move over a shorter period of time. his main weapon is a handgun that accelerates the bullets to a combination of how many rounds he has fired off since he uses it, plus what his speed would appears to be over the normal frame of time, so if he fires enough rounds, and accelerates to a quick enough time frame, a bullet can cause a sonic boom that killes multiple enemies with one shot. although he never knew any of his biological parents due to the fact that all of those whos DNA was used were killed at the age of seventeen due to the genotypes recoil effect, in addition to granting amazing powers, those who have it die at seventeen, which is why the military take these people at age fourteen. he was raised by a navy veteran who had faught along side his parents in wars.
Sara Mcfinnigan-age 14: a close friend of Bruce, she has had more combat training than any of the other soldiers, having taking several martial arts before joining the SOLDIER program. these martial arts include kuta, kalaripyat, kyokushin karate, la canne, pygmachia, sambo, and even becoming captain of her schools fencing team a month before joining the program. these aspects make her a human weapon, adept at every melee weapon, and using her bare fists as weapons. her main weapons include dual, yes DUAL, machine guns, no not SMG's, dual light machine guns, a shotgun, but most common, a knife with a blade that can cut through titanium, and is almost impossible to destroy. she was born a similar way to bruce, in an incubation tube, but she only had two biological parents used. she is even in deveopment of her own ansatsuken (a martial art that is able to always deal deadly blows)
Toshi Nakamori-age 15: most experienced of squad 4, he is the leader. he has a human created genotype, that he was given after his original powers somehow got taken away. he can see in the dark, and select targets through his eyes. his main weapon is a sniper rifle that can show where he needs to shoot to hit his target exactly. his father is the japanese embassador. which causes him to be very stressed out due to the fact that his father is an assassination target for the punishment.
Cammy Rose-age 14: the least experienced in combat. she has telekinetic abilities. her main weapon is two sword that combine into a giant shuriken-like weapon, she uses her telekinetic powers to spin it like a buzz-saw. she comes from a family who is decended from a civilization of people who can produce alchemic reactions simply through touching an item with the symbol of the birthmarks on their hands.
Doc-age 9: the youngest member to recieve a SOLDIER genotype, he works as a scientist who produces advanced weaponry. he also opperates on Bruce to find a cure for the SOLDIER genes fatal effect. he recieved the genotype at age 5 so he has been producing weaponry for 4 years now, and even helped produce several environmentaly safe generators, and new vehicles. parents died in a car accident when he was 7.
Wayne Hendrik-age 14: Bruce's twin brother (and yes their names are a reference to batman) who didnt recieve a SOLDIER genotype after birth. a vial of bruces acidic blood was shattered in an assasination attempt on bruce. it burned off waynes arm and got in his eye. he was pressumed dead and now blames bruce for the loss of his arm and eye. wayne now has a bionic arm and a proscthetic eye. he is now used as a one man army deployed whenever necesary. thoughout the series he taunts bruce, slowly killing off whoever he becomes close to.
settings:
silent grove: a city built underwater that is now the global embassy, this is the main setting.
other settings include but are not limited to: china, russia, korea, america, brazil, egypt, jerusalem, and the fictional civilization of alchemist kingdom located in the middle of europe.

In FF7, it's an organization attempting to take down a company that has control of the entire world and is guarded by a force known as SOLDIER.

For Soldier 15, it's just the other way around.
