This is a good battle,
Kakuzu has all five hearts, and is fully healthy
the same goes for Hidan, who do you think is going to win.

Kakuzu stomps.

With his iron skin Hidan wouldn't be able to get any blood, he cam spam elemental attacks from long range, Kakuzu has show superior strength and speed, and he can use his Jiongu in long range form.

Yeah, Kakuzu has no problem defeating Hidan. I'd say Kakuzu uses one jutsu and its over; that fire and wind combination jutsu Kakuzu tried to use against Kakashi and friends would incinerate Hidan.

hm,m i acualy dont know i think kakuzu has a good advantage if hidan doesent get kakuzus blood

Hidan has to get all 5 hearts that Kakuzu has, then take the time to perform the Jashin jutsu on each and everyone one of them. Hidan has to be in the circle to do that so as long as all the other hearts attack Hidan he can't perform the ritual. Kakuzu then decapitates him and hidan can't do anything.
