-Madara was scared when he saw the person in the coffin
yeah, nice timeline, just two things im a little unlear.. im 80% sure madara made the akatsuki as soon as he left the village, before he made the kyuubi assualt konoha. and another thing is i thought the first hokage ( i would misspell his name wrong, so lets just call him that) damaged his ems during his fight with him, thats why madara made the akatsuki, to try and restore his ems powers and controll the shinobi world.. -footnote- just becuase i said madara lost his powers, dosn't mean i dont think he's not immortil, because it is mentioned twice ( once by itachi in the fight with sasuke, the other i believe was said by madara). but do you have a counter? i'm interested in what you have to say.

I really really need to find that chapter with Shisui age thing. ok then he was a few years older than Itachi. Itachi is 4 right now.

Yes, they were not one and the same. Police force regulated internal affairs internally, whereas ANBU were to act as a security force against outside threats, guard kage, hunt down external threats, and pursue internal affairs externally (hunter-ninjas). And other dealings. I honestly don't remember if Mad Ara was ever personally a part of either organization, so I can not comment on that; but I felt that helping to clear up the ANBU/UPF confusion was worth the effort.
