Besides being a medical kunoichi and Hokage of the Leaf Village, Tsunade has the enhancements on her body. Some might find them as sexy while others as sick. Iamgine Tsunade going to a plastic surgeon for reduce the size of her enhancements. Could she deal with the plastic surgeon to reduce her breast size or not?

I know she has a fear of blood, and if she went there before conquering it, I am sure she would just seize up, though along the lines dealing with the surgeon, she may go either way if she had personality clash with him/her she may choose to throw the poor person out the nearest window like she does her chair, though if she were to get along fine with him/her she may easily go through with it, she's a brave women after all.

Nip/tuck. I remember that show. There was this guy that looked like michael jackson...john hensley was his name and reading his history he got burned the same year michael did in that pepsi commercial , he had the same surgeon fix his wounds and he shared the same birthday as michael. crazy.
