He chooses NOT to use it. He said so in the first fight against Ichigo.

Reiatsu crush isn't legit. Same with Genjutsu. Unless its against someone from the same series.

I didn't mean crush. I meant using his Reiatsu as an actual energy attack. I don't remember if that was anime only, though I think it was.
