Since Sakura has actual feats to back her up, I'm going with Sakura. If you're not talking about battlewise, maybe this needs to be moved to character talk since, if I remember correctly, posts count.

As far as battle wise, your correct. Kushina has no feats besides restraining the Kyubi, which we can't even count because we don't know if it was her jutsu or not.

This belongs here, in the BG, but isn't a good thread because of Kushina's lack of feats. If you were to move it to 'Character Talk', you would still get post counts.

That was her chakra. In Naruto's mind.

Kushina has no battle feats except for supposedly pummeling a bunch of kids when she was little. From feats, Sakura should be able to punch her once and win.

Yeah, you should've held off of this fight if/when we get any feats from Kushina.

But, just to answer with current feats, Sakura punches the ground and then Kushina's face.
