Naruto Viz Forum Major Error

At first, i thought that this was a simple IP ban:
Whenever I Log-in to my account all the activities I click,
I am automatically redirected to the Naruto.viz.com/index
it takes me 5 retries or sometimes I even clear my cookies 5 times
just to get back to naruto.viz.com/forum:

But now its worse.

In the past I said this problem was only in me..
But now I say somethings wrong in my account here.
I think i am not IP Banned, i think this is some sort of error.
For higher-ups that can read this, can you pls. check if there
is error (tired of clearing the cache, cookies, history . etc)

this error got even worse, It takes me 50+ retries just to go
to naruto.viz.com/forum

Stats:
Spybot - No Virus
Malwarebytes - Possibly Malicious Site
ESET - No Virus
Avira - no virus
Kaspersky - No Virus

Hah, The problem is on the forum.
This was confirmed by VampireCat when I let her log-in
my Windking Account. I think its a bug from 3.8.2

You haven't been IP banned, largely because we don't really do that with 'people' users, and because what happens to the bann-ie after being IP banned isn't what's happening to you. There aren't any 'errors' either, because that's not applicable here.

Since the problem's isolated to you, I recommend running Spybot and Malwarebytes a few times before reporting back. Sounds like your elite hackerness got elitely hacked by someone elite.

EDIT:
Through my analysis.
This first happened when I created Lightning_Chakra.
It began to happened in my old Windking days but it
was just happening rarely somewhat like twice a week.
Then I created the other accounts and it still worked fine.
Then when i told the truth about my account almost all of
them were banned.After 1 Day the force of the redirectional
thing was greatly unstoppable. I dont know how this account survived,
but this account experiences this likely 15x a day.

I never said anything about viruses. If you'd rather trust your complete lack of knowledge on the problem and wing it that's fine. Just know any and all help will be to the contrary.

I'm not sure other people saying the site 'general didn't work right' for them constitutes a common problem between them. Your body can be said to 'generally not be working well' whether you're bleeding from the head or constipated, for example.

Also long ago when I opened mimipuppy's account this error didnt happen which means the error exists in my account not in my pc..hmm?

Whoo, atleast some changes..lol. that was a bunch of "remove cookies" clicking.

And I recieved this error too:

I was in that account yesterday, it has gotten worse.
It didn't allow me to do anything. (This includes viewing the forum, PMing, and even logging off)
I tried to scan my computer, re-open it, clear all the cookies and etc. but none of them worked. I was stuck in that account until it automatically log off itself.

Underline Possibly.
Its just some of the siggys of the members is the malicious ones and is detected by MalwareBytes, and their IP is even written unless they are using Proxy.
