GREAT QUESTION AND I WAS WONDERiNG that myself....

ONE thing i do know is if a summon is killed it does sumtimes goes away in a cloud...
BUT they shouldnt be able to ever come back

SO!!!

Who ever said the summons are all ready dead is a genius that would make alot of since since he can always re-summon them OR sum how he is able to resurrect them..
but we just dont get to see that...

ANd they are being controlled by Nagato thats why they have those eyes and at least one chakra receiver
which is AMAZING TALK ABOUT MULTI TASKING!!..LOL

Well my post did say.....

The summons are most likely dead. Thats why every single one has a chakra resivers.. And u also see them wiht the same eyes as negato so its very safe to asume that nageato is controlling them too .. (side not withc is crazy talk about muliti tasking!! I have no clue and he can control all thoes things at once.. N e ways back to the fact that they are dead thats why he can also re summon or he revises them back..

I also dont think they have a contract and he might have a special place for them
HOW EMBRASSING I DIDNT LOOK AT PAGE 2 BUT IM STILL KEEPING THIS POST UP SINCEI RETYPED EVERYTHING STILL THINK THIS IS GREAT THREAD
