Restrictions: NO frog Sommons, Sage Mode, Mud Swamp, OR Hair Jutsu's for Jiraya

Distance: 50 Meters

Acceptions: Choji has a slight speed advantage over everyone + has unlimited Kunai.

It's pathetic that you restrict Jiraiya so much just to give Team Asuma an advantage only to learn that Jiraiya still rapes hard.
Jiraiya is stronger, faster and more durable than anyone on Team Asuma with the exception of Choji because you gave him a speed advantage for some retarded reason.

Jiraiya completely ignores Shadow Possession(if Shikamaru survives long enough to use it in the first place which isn't going to happen) and punches their heads off. GG Team Suck.

I completely agree with you.

Jiraiya would easily beat them. This thread is just like Kakashi without Raikiri and Sharingan against Konohamaru.

We've never actually seen anybody run out of kunai, so in spite, your point and restriction is fodder.

Shikamaru does Shadow Possession and Jiraiya dodges and smashes Shikamaru's face in, then farts on him.

Ino takes out a Kunai and twirls it in her face to kill herself.

Choji expands, Jiraiya jumps, and stabs Choji.

Asuma only really has his Ash Jutsu, but otherwise he's useless, too.

Jiraiya uses Rasengan, rinse and repeat.

Honestly none of Team Asuma has the durability to tank a Rasengan from Jiraiya. Jiraiya also has a bunch of fire jutsu and some other stuff.

Even if Choji has a speed advantage it hardly changes anything, Choji still isn't superior to Jiraiya.

Jirauya still has superior long to mid range techniques.

Granted he hasn't shown speed feats in base but its implied he is fast.

Databook says 4.5 but regardless he was keeping Orochimaru at bay back in the younger days.

I'm not telling this one goes to team Asuma. But they might end up winning. Who would have thought Shikamaru can beat an Akatsuki member (even the dumbest one) all by himself? Don't underestimate the "strategic" power, dude.

Shikamaru defeated Hidan with help because the plot demanded he be able to. I say again, even with all these restrictions there is no way for Jiraiya to lose.

Food is in his normal equipment :P

Jiraiya can use ransengan to take care of Ino as well as Choji since he is close ranged. For Shika fire jutsu and weapondary would do the trick. Asuma is also close ranged oil jutsu would stop him in his tracks then a fire jutsu would burn him alive.
