Since Earth Day is coming, it'll be nice to talk about an environmental cartoon. Captain Planet was the cartoon. It was about an environmental superhero created from the power of five young multi-ethnical young people's rings. Under Gaia's leadership, Kwame, Wheeler, Linka, Gi, and Ma-Ti had Earth, Fire, Wind, Water, and Heart, respectively. When rings' powers are combined, Captain Palnet comes out and battles environmental villains. What do you think of Captain Planet?

Captain Planet, hmm i remembered the show, wasn't a big fan, but i guess since earth day is coming up this show can be a good example to explain the earths problems. Overall i give the show a 1/10 for entertainment but a 10/10 for Enviromental Help ^^.

they give it in boomerang in the morning !! i wil give it a 2 /10 its old its not that entertaining but they battle for a good thing !!

It may have been entertaing during the 80's and early 90's, but not anymore.

I loved that show. I own it on dvd, I loved the special two part drug episode where Linka got hooked on crack and there her cousin died, it was all like "whoa! They really went there." When I was really little I joined the planeteers. I still have this little badge they sent me and a certificate somewhere, ahh good times.
