Poor Sakura im giving this one to sai.. he can go long range on her and its over.. But even in close rage im sure sai can win only cuz of his speed. But if he did get hit he would be a goner.. and he is anbu ranked and sakura is chunnin right?

At close range, Sakura takes it pretty easily. At long range, Sai can spam beasts-but Im pretty sure she can just punch and OHKO them all. Even if he goes into the sky, he can't really do much damage to Sakura :/ Sleeping Bombs might be useful too.

He makes and ink snake traps her,then the 3 seconds it takes her to get out,he assassinates her with his sword,or makes an ink lion that kills her.

I'm with 1st hokage on this one.

1: Sai is an assassin, he knows how to research and kill people, even jonin level, as evidenced by his bingo book.
2: As 1st has said, sai can fly and sakura has no reasonable counter, sai can just create creatures and wear her out.
3: Even if sai could not get airborne it would be a close fight. The guy was trained by root to kill chunins and most likely jonins, there is no evidence he CAN'T hold his own in a close fight. It's an unknown, and paired with his known research and planning, it would be a close fight possibly leaning towards sakura, but sai has the aerial element and sakura has shown NO aptitude for long range fighting.

Ink Snake isn't canon.

Also, her punches can take down Ink Lions.
