I gotta say that Jiraya was loved by me more then Kakashi, however I feel that Kakashi would be more significant to the story and he is the character that naruto and the leaf village need so I am glad with the current arrangement.

Well, I prefer Kakashi. But, I believe Naruto was closer with Jiraiya & he was a better mentor for Naruto, so him sticking around would've been nice, for Naruto's sake.

well befor shippuden i hated that pervy sage cuz we never saw alot of his powers.. So i would of voted for kakashi.. But now I vote for the pevery sage cuz sum of my fav Ep have him in it like when he fought pain

I like the way it is with Jiraiya dead. I like Kakashi better than Jiraiya. Jiraiya dying makes the story more interesting.

if it wasnt for jiraiya dying kakashi would of died because didnt naruto want revenge on pain for killing him and so he got stronger thus changing nagatos heart bringing kakashi back to life

Jiraiya is SO much better than Kakashi. He was one of my favorite characters. Kakashi, I don't care about at all so of course he should've died instead.
