* 2+ years of PHP and MySQL development
* Experience with Drupal is a major plus
* Knowledge of HTML, DHTML/CSS and Javascript
* Ability to translate business requirements into system design
* Ability to partner and work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
* Strong debugging skills and the ability to easily and quickly read and modify existing code
* Must have a sense of humor and likes music

No, but seriously. Just laugh everytime the interviewer laughs(Most douchebags laugh at their own jokes, easily signaling us to laugh "With" them). Also, tell them you like the band Phish. No one knows any songs by them so they won't ask questions.

I honestly don't know if I have a sense of humor. But I would like to think so. I do love music though. That I won't deny.

I don't think a sense of humor should matter. You should let that be known. You're there to work and do your job well, and you don't make enemies. But you do take work seriously.

Perhaps they want you to have a good sense of humor so you will laugh off their poor management skills.. and the music part could be because they like to blare Miley Cyrus music while they work and want to make sure you won't go postal.

Web development. I basically make and repair websites, and not just the links, but the programming in the background. For example, I would do the code for the "Post Reply" here.

To above post...I'd like to have a conversation with you while we were both high.

On topic to this though...it's easy to bring humor to the table in work places..you just have to know what is considered funny to those types of people and/or careers..for instance I do internet marketing for a senior care company..crack jokes about having alzheimers all the time when we mess things up...something of that nature.
