That you know full well why the alt was banned sort of negates the reason for typing it out for you, not that the lack of the typed reason appearing with the ban message has anything to do with the account being eligible for an unbanning. In the event it doesn't, we don't have any rules on that, so there's not a 'policy' that could have been broken here, as our policy on banning has always been that above all else we have no policy on banning.

Your alt account was banned for being a dick. More specifically, for consistently being a dick when no dicking was necessary or desired, to people that work hard to keep dicks off the forum. Pretty much everything you've written in here so far after the post I quoted was you further being a dick. I'm not sure why you thought being more of a dick would negate you being too much of a dick in the first place. Being really nice would have made more sense.

You're welcome and encouraged to make arguments to the contrary, if only because I wanna see how it goes, but the very conduct of this thread has been pretty persuasive already.

In response: the Zaori acct was not banned for being a dick it was banned as a result of Sage Mode's bias towards me as a user.

As proof of this bias I present that all infractions I have recieved have been given by Sage Mode. I have had the same consistent behavior throughout my time on the forums and yet I have no infractions for my behavior from any other admins.

Additionally any threads that have been deleted due to their content/breaking rules of the forum have been deleted Sage Mode. I make threads with genrally the same nature and content and yet no other admin has seen fit to delete my threads.

In addition the Zaori account was banned only after Sage Mode asked and I revealed that it was an alternate account of mine. In the thread of question I was told by TDZ that I would be infracted. However I came up with a counter arguement to him (which he did not respond to) on why I should not be infracted. Thus he never infracted me, nor did any of the other mods that ventured in to that thread. Nor did they make a request in the appropriate thread to have the Zaori account infracted. Thus showing that they did not feel the Zaori account was doing anything against the rules.

So Sage Mode only banned the account because he is baised against me.

1. I never pretended to be someone else. No one asked if Zaori was my alt.
2. I have said this before. I prefer to confront problems openly and publically for all to see.
3. I made no hate thread. I made a thread with statements outlining multiple possibilites. Only one of the statements was true. You could have simply went into the thread and said "I do not have mod powers, and I did not ask a mod to delete the thread." That would have been the adult thing to do. Or you simply could have chosen to ignore the thread.
4. I never claimed not to be a hypocrite. In fact I believe I have openly acknowledged several times that I am indeed a hypocrite.

1) Ok so why would you reply to your own threads and act differently? Whenever someone pointed it out you either refused it or didn't respond as seen when I called you out in a debate forum thread and you said nothing.
2) To cause more problems? Because that is what will happen..as seen yesterday and the result being your alt account banned.

Since that BG thread was directed to 2 specific people and only for them..your opinions were not needed or wanted either yet you still went out of your way to post.

1. I replied to my own threads in order to bump them up. I didn't act differently, I acted the exact same. The time that I remember the identity of the Zaori account being in question is when CCS confused us. I responded "Why do you think we are the same?" She said "I don't know" and the subject was dropped.
2. My intention is to broach the disagreement in an open forum. If it causes problems it is due to the posts of the people responding to the thread.
3. I made a thread calling you out. How is that a hate thread? I called you out in an open area to discuss our disagreement. You or anyone else was under no obligation to view or respond to it. In addition it clearly says in the first post "If it was you". If being the key word.
4. Acting like what? Openly asking to have an account unbanned is suddenly not being a man?
5. Point taken, however if you are not a mature person then what right do you have to comment on my maturity?

Now you seem to be going out of your way to post in a thread that had nothing to do with you. And you continue to post in the thread after being asked to leave. Sage was the one that infracted you instead of me largely because he was the only admin that was there to infract, and possibly larger-ly because I rarely, if ever, infract anybody; I think I've done it twice in the lifespan of the forum. I edit things out and PM, or I ban.

That Sage has recently come to be the one infracting you among those that infract is because it generally became known that if something went awry with your or your alt's account, Sage would definitely get to it, so users reserved him the pleasure. Many users also agree with the infractions/moves/edits/deletes despite their not having rendered them, which this thread stands as a testament to, their private talks with me pulling up the rear.

The fact that Sage thoroughly enjoyed each and every infraction, and is confirmed to be overjoyed by the ban, is certainly a perk for him, but not why he did it. That finding out it was your alt account probably was the last straw in it for him when it came to banning the account, but the account was banable long before. It also doesn't address the actionability of any offenses that may be in question, nor the fact we always reserve the right to ban anyone for any reason we deem fit outside of the rules.

Most any one infraction given since I turned on infractions can be argued in isolation to be a bit harsh, but they aren't given in a vacuum. The over arching contextual build up of the alt accounting being a source if intentional flaming since it's creation is what adds the weight to the decision to ban, which itself is built up on other infractions, and ever on.

I'll wait for your response to this since you said you have one prepared or in mind in advanced, but can't promise I can respond back today if time doesn't permit.

The fact that favoritism is in no way disallowed on the forum and is an already embraced part of the community we've previously endorsed aside, you'd have to bring up specific threads, posts and examples for any of that to have any weight. I requested deletion of your main account, not your alt account as I don't know what it is, but if you are going to troll on it as well then it should also be deleted in accordance with the policy presented to me in this thread by the admin.
