If he were alive, I'm pretty sure we would all know.
But since he hasn't been seen at all except in flashbacks and Naruto's mind that one time, (I think) doesn't that pretty much confirm he's dead? And if he were alive wouldn't he have helped the village or something?

Guys, he said he is running low chakra, so a spirit cannot have chakra, I think he sealed himself inside Naruto, his consiscous exists in Naruto, and I think that if they try the Beast sealing technique on Naruto, then Minato could come out too, I think that could happen, because it would be kind of cool, I see this highely unlikely though.

Sadly, no. Minato is dead. Jiraiya and Minato's 'spirit' explain the whole thing - showing how Minato would have known the things he said to Naruto.

I also think he's dead and comes back as a sprit to help Naruto that one time in Manga 45 or 46 i think but i'm not sure and I think Naruto learns more about his past at the same time in the same book I think not sure .
