Jet Lee?

Speed is equal? You mean movement speed in general unless you mean reaction speed is also going to be equal.

Because Gai has much superior reaction speed and much better reflexes.

Also Gai's possess much great superhuman strength.

There really is no really way to debate this. Gai could shove a man through the wall of the stadium where the chunin exams were held with ease.
It's been a long tine since I watched the one, but what feats could jet lee perform in the movie?

More like plausible peak human strength. Even if it was superhuman doesn't compare with Naruto standard of superhuman strength which is rather mostly low compared to many other fictions.

Gai in part 1 punched through a guy though a concret wall.

In Part 2 he was confident enough to try to punch through a giant boulder many times his size.

Yes Jet Lee's durability has nothing on that at all.

The One has reacted to bullets, and has moved at a speed that made time look like it was slow.

I made speed equal, so Gai would lose to fast.

Ah thats right. That is true.
Can Gai react to bullets well that is plausible but not proven so whatever.

Make time look slow well again thats partially perspective.

Anyway Gates isn't banned but unless that is ninjutsu.
But again I don't know want to call gates.

In that case the one can win this fight it will just take some time.

I must have mixed this movie up with something else.
This one I is watch but when I was like in elementary school.

Is this the movie where there are like 2 Jet Li's right?

If i remember right there was 50 to a 100 jet Li's, but the evil one kill most of his counter parts and made it where there was only 2 left, and for everyone he killed the other ones became stronger, faster, smarter. Its believed if you kill all your counter-parts you become a god.

He moved so fast it made bullets look slow, had super strength, Out run speeding cars.

When he fought his counter-part, they moved so fast it made everything around them move in slow-motion.

It was more from Reaction speed wise than towards movement.
