UMMM for one really boring
sakura would still be weak and might not become a medic ino would still be annoying sai would never had made a big entrance probably

Naruto would be weaker
same with sakura Sasuke would still be hunting itachi down and worse Orchimaru would still be alive.

I think Sasuke's leaving the village actually helped, more than it would have, if he had stayed. Naruto may have still become stronger with Sasuke there but it was better for him, that Sasuke left, sad but true. Sakura may not have become a medical ninja, though there is the possibilty that she may have realized that, it would be better to get some training, to help Sasuke if he had stayed. Though because Sasuke left the Village, Naruto had to go out and look for him, through this it helped him get strong, by fighting many enemies. For Sasuke leaving the Village helped his strength but not his heart ...

then lets recall the shippuden story
First of all i think Naruto would have gone with Jiraiya anyway...sasuke too or else he would have trained with kakashi... Sakura would have ended up with tsunade too anyway to help his friends... after 2 and a half years naruto sasuke and sakura would have gone and saved Gaara killing sasori.. again, they would have met Yamato (to keep an eye on naruto) but not Sai. they would have gone to Orochimarus hideout and escaped there. Hidan and kakusu would have killed Azuma and everything the same as usual, with Sasuke playing the role of Sai. Hebi would have never been created... Orochimaru still alive at this point and Deidara too...they would still be alive with tobi as a partner. Jiraiya would die at pains hands... Itachi still alive... Naruto trains in sage jutsu Sasuke would have learned something new...probably kakashis 1000 jutsus and made a contract with dogs...he would have even learned... Kakashis mangekyo... Itachi and Kisame defeat eight tails and get him Pain goes to Konoha and Sasuke fights with kakashi to defeat pain, probably they would have both died... i wont say more because it would be spoiler for non-manga readers... |

well sasuke would have gone with naruto and jaraiya most likely and during that time sasuke gives up his hate and revenge him and naruto stay best friends and most likely come back stronger than they did because of always trying to surpass eachother when they get back everything goes the same as normal up until the hunt for orochimaru when naruto wouldnt go four tails.Because of orochimaru talking about sasuke orochimaru most likely would have been killed by sasuke and naruto right then and there him and naruto would have trained together in their elemental training most likely producing a combo of rasenshuriken and kirin kakazu would have been obliterated itachi would never have fought sasuke in the pain arc sasuke would see kakashi getting killed awaken his mangekyou take out a couple of paths then run away realising he cant take them all him and naruto fight pain and they both become heroes.Sasuke starts going blind from the mangekyou sharingan itachi and him fight later on sasuke wins he takes itachis eyes to save himself from the blindness.. and he never finds the truth about itachi and him and naruto most likely kill tobi.

Sai never would of been introduced, Sasuke would be a downer at all the parties with his hatrednessness, Naruto would be worried about other things, etc.

Naruto would have killed Sasuke about two years after the end of the original series because he wouldn't have been able to cope with all of Sasuke's angsty whining about his brother and his stupid revenge.
